Sending Crypto from Coinbase
If you have a Coinbase account, you can easily send crypto to another Coinbase account. Just enter the email address or phone number of the recipient, select the crypto you want to send, and enter the amount. The recipient will then receive an email or text notification, and they can claim the crypto by following the link in the notification.
Log into your Coinbase account
If you want to send crypto from Coinbase, log into your account and go to the “Send/Receive” page. On this page, you will need to enter the amount of crypto you want to send, the blockchain address you want to send it to, and a description for the transaction. Once you have everything entered, click “Send Now.”
Go to “Send/Receive”
1. Go to “Send/Receive”
2. Select the crypto you want to send from the “From” drop down menu
3. Enter or paste the address you want to send your crypto to in the “To” field
4. Enter the amount you’d like to send or use the slider beneath the “Amount” field
5. Click “Continue”
6. Review the details of your transaction and click “Confirm”
Enter the amount you want to send
1. On the “Send” page, enter the amount you want to send in either crypto or your local currency.
2. Choose the wallet you want to send from.
3. Enter the email or phone number of the person (or merchant) you want to send money to.
4. Include a note if desired. This will be added to the transaction on the blockchain and can help the recipient identify the payment.
5. Review the transaction details and click “Send” to complete the transaction.
Select the cryptocurrency you want to send
On the “Send” page, select the cryptocurrency you want to send in the “Send what?” dropdown. This will populate the addresses field with addresses associated with your account that can receive crypto.
Make sure you’ve selected the correct cryptocurrency in the dropdown. Depending on which cryptocurrency you’re sending, you may need to enter a Destination Tag, Payment ID or Memo. These are message fields that may be required by some wallets to ensure your transaction is processed correctly.
If you’re sending an ERC20 token (a token built on Ethereum’s network), you’ll need to enter the recipient’s Ethereum address in the “Address” field.
Enter the wallet address you’re sending to
To send crypto funds from your Coinbase account to another wallet, follow these steps:
1. On the “Coinbase Wallet” page, select the cryptocurrency you want to send.
2. Enter the amount you wish to send. Note that you can also enter a customized amount by selecting “Other.”
3. Paste or scan in the wallet address you’re sending to. You can also use a QR code to paste in your wallet address.
4. Select “Continue.”
5. Review the details of the transaction and select “Send Now.”
Review the transaction
Assuming you have your crypto stored on Coinbase, sending crypto is a simple process. With just a few clicks, you can send crypto to any other Coinbase user or to an external wallet.
Before you send crypto, however, it’s important to review the transaction details carefully. Make sure you’re sending the correct asset to the correct wallet address and that you have entered the amount correctly.
Once you’re sure everything looks correct, click “Send” to complete the transaction.
Click “Send”
To send cryptocurrency from your Coinbase account, follow these steps:
1. On the “Dashboard” page, click the “Send/Receive” link.
2. On the “Send Money” page, enter the amount of cryptocurrency you want to send in the “Amount” field.
3. In the “Recipient Address” field, enter the wallet address of the person or organization you’re sending money to. You can also use the “Coinbase Recipient” feature to send money to another Coinbase user.
4.Click the “Continue” button.
5 .On the confirmation page, review the details of your transaction and click the “Confirm Send” button.
Sending Crypto from Coinbase Pro
If you want to send crypto from your Coinbase account to another Coinbase user, you’ll need to use the Coinbase Pro platform. Sending crypto from Coinbase to non-Coinbase users is not currently possible. In order to send crypto from Coinbase Pro, you’ll need to have some crypto in your Coinbase Pro account first. In this article, we’ll show you how to do that.
Log into your Coinbase Pro account
Before you can send crypto from Coinbase Pro, you will first need to log into your account. To do this, visit the Coinbase Pro website and enter your login credentials in the appropriate fields. Once you have done this, click on the “Log in” button to be taken to your account dashboard.
If you have Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) enabled on your account, you will also be prompted to enter your 6-digit 2FA code before you can access your account.
Go to “Deposit”
1. Log in to your Coinbase Pro account.
2. On the left sidebar, go to “Deposit.”
3. Select the currency you’d like to deposit (for example, BTC) and then choose your desired deposit method.
4. Follow the instructions to complete your deposit.
Select the cryptocurrency you want to deposit
1. Log into your Coinbase account and select the “Send/Receive” button on the left side of your dashboard.
2. Search for the wallet you want to deposit to (i.e. Ethereum wallet) and select it from the drop-down menu.
3. Copy your deposit address or use the QR code provided.
4. Log into your Coinbase account and select the “Send/Receive” button on the left side of your dashboard.
5. Paste your deposit address into the “Recipient” field or scan the QR code with your webcam.
6. Enter the amount of cryptocurrency you want to deposit and hit “Continue”.
7. Review the transaction details and hit “Confirm Send” when you’re ready to complete the transaction.
Enter the amount you want to deposit
Before you can deposit any cryptocurrency on Coinbase, you first need to add a wallet for that particular coin. To do so, click on the “Add a Wallet” tab near the top of the screen.
Once you’ve clicked that, select the currency you want to add from the list. In this example, we’ll be adding Ethereum.
Once you select the currency you want to add, Coinbase will provide you with a wallet address. This is the address you’ll need to provide when sending cryptocurrency from another exchange or wallet.
Now that you have a wallet setup for the currency you want to deposit, it’s time to actually deposit some crypto!
To do so, go to the “Coinbase Wallet” tab and select the currency you want to deposit from the drop-down menu. In this example, we’ll be depositing Ethereum.
Once you select the currency, enter the amount you want to deposit in either fiat or cryptocurrency. For this example, we’ll deposit $100 worth of Ethereum.
Once you enter the amount you want to deposit, click on the “Deposit” button and confirm your transaction. That’s it! Your cryptocurrency should now be deposited in your Coinbase account and ready to trade!
Click “Deposit”
To deposit crypto from Coinbase to your Binance US account, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Binance US account and click the [USDT-TRON] or the [BTC] tab.
2. Find the “Deposit” button and click it. You will be taken to a page that displays all the cryptocurrency addresses for your account.
3. Copy the appropriate cryptocurrency address for your receiving wallet. In this case, it would be the TRX address.
4. Log in to your Coinbase account and click “Send/Request.”
5. Enter the amount of TRX you would like to send in the “Amount” field and paste the TRX address you copied from Binance US into the “Recipient” field.
6. Enter your 2FA code and click “Confirm.”
7. Your transaction is now complete!
Go to “Withdraw”
1. Log in to your Coinbase account and go to the “Withdraw” page.
2. Enter the amount of crypto you want to send in the “Amount” field.
3. Select the wallet you want to withdraw from in the “From” field.
4. Enter the receiving address for your recipient’s wallet in the “To” field.
5. Click “Withdraw.”
6. Review the details of your transaction and click “Withdraw [crypto].”
7. Your withdrawal will be processed and a transaction confirmation will appear shortly afterwards in the History tab of your respective wallet
Select the cryptocurrency you want to withdraw
In order to withdraw your cryptocurrency from Coinbase, you’ll first need to select the asset you want to withdrew from the “Your Accounts” page. To do this, click on the “Withdraw” button next to the asset you want to pull out.
Enter the amount you want to withdraw
1. Open the “Withdraw” page on Coinbase
2. Enter the amount you want to withdraw in either crypto or fiat (USD, EUR, GBP)
3. Choose the wallet you want to withdraw from
4. Enter the wallet address you want to withdraw to
5. Review and confirm the transaction
6. Click “Withdraw”
Enter the wallet address you’re sending to
On the “Send” dialog, select the wallet you’d like to send from. Then enter the amount and wallet address you’re sending to.
You can either paste in a wallet address or use the “Select a wallet” dropdown to choose from your Address Book.
If you don’t have any existing addresses in your Address Book, you can add them by selecting “+ Add an address”.
Review the transaction
Before you send any crypto from your Coinbase account, you’ll need to review the transaction. This includes the amount of crypto you’re sending, the wallet address you’re sending it to, and the transaction fee.
Once you’ve reviewed the transaction, click “Send.”
Click “Withdraw”
Withdrawing crypto from Coinbase is easy. To get started, log in to your account on the Coinbase website and navigate to the “Sells” page. Then, enter the amount of crypto you want to withdraw and select the wallet you want to send it to. Finally, click “Withdraw” to confirm the transaction.
